When Can I Have a Tech visit?

NSFA aims to send an IT specialist to your location within one to two business days, barring any unexpected events like inclement weather. As a new client, we suggest scheduling a complimentary 20-30-minute phone assessment, during which our experts can acquaint themselves with your specific technology needs, environment, and security concerns.

We also recommend taking some time to familiarize yourself with us and ask any questions you may have. After our cybersecurity engineer has gathered all the necessary information, we can schedule an appointment at your convenience. While a free phone assessment prior to scheduling an appointment is optional, we strongly recommend taking this first step. What are Your Fees?

Our initial on-site tech assessment is priced at only $85. Following this tech assessment, our representative will provide you with a quote for the work, and if you choose to proceed with the task, we will initiate the work immediately and waive the initial assessment cost. Alternatively, if you decide not to proceed with the work, you will only be charged the $85 assessment fee.
